Bedfordshire Wedding at Shuttleworth Swiss Garden

bride and groom portrait

I may have found a new favourite Bedfordshire wedding venue in Shuttleworth’s Swiss Gardens. Fridays wedding could not have been more perfect for Sam and Barry who have been patently waiting to tie the knot while this pesky pandemic settles down! The Swiss Gardens gave them the perfect space to host their wedding celebrations, with the winding yellow path and the magical cottage, it felt like a scene from the wizard of Oz. This venue is a wedding photographers dream, with so many little places to capture portraits, from the grotto (be warned, it gets hot in here), to the many cute little bridges dotted around the vast gardens. Their wedding service took place within the cottage with most of their guests watching in from outside. A big shout out to Emily, Sam and Barry’s oldest child, who’s wedding reading had everyone of us in that cottage dabbing our eyes!!

Sam and Barry carried on their wedding celebrations at the Cricketers in Weston and they arrived in true style, driven by the amazing team from Honey’s weddings in the coolest little Beetle, with the bridal squad arriving in a classic VW Camper. Here are a few from the day.
